ANN'S
LIST OF GENEALOGY SITES

Ann Grant is a
member of the Heritage Genealogical Society. She is also our efficient
secretary and she keeps the membership well informed with information and
announcements. This list is a compilation of sites sent to Ann and she
forwards them on the the membership. Amy is one of her most frequent
suppliers of information. A big thank you to Amy. We hope
you enjoy your searches and come back to look for more additions.

A former colleague sent this to me. It might be of interest. In any
case, my own family's history
(white and black) accords with the author's conclusions.

Here is another site for checking Census records on line. We
had
discussed using Heritage Quest last night. I use this site a
lot because
it does contain some census records that Heritage Quest does not cover.

This a web site where you can work with others to
record family data. The tutorial is very informative. The site is free but
they would appreciate donations.
